WARRANTY Aluminium & uPVC Windows, Doors, Conservatories and Porches, Composite & Timber Doors

1. Period

The warranty will cover the Product as follows:

ten years for frames, five years for sealed glass units against condensation inside the unit and one year for hardware.

We are committed to ensuring the highest quality and satisfaction in all our installations. As part of our service, we are pleased to offer a comprehensive 1 year warranty covering all sealant and cement work done around your windows. This warranty is effective from the date of installation and guarantees that the materials and workmanship involved will be free from defects.

Should you encounter any issues related to the sealant or cement within this period, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will provide a prompt and thorough repair service at no additional cost to ensure the integrity and durability of our work.

2. Scope of the Guarantee

In the event of the failure of the product or any part or component of the Company’s manufacture, the Company shall within two weeks will repair or 4 weeks replace such part or component which in the opinion of the company is faulty due to defective design, material or workmanship on the part of the Company. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective parts or components.

If for some reason, it is impossible for the Company to repair or replace the faulty part, it shall replace the window with faulty part(s) by a new window which is matching with the existing windows of the house"

3. Invalidation of Warranty

The terms of this warranty will be invalidated if in the opinion of the Company the failure of the product is attributable to any one or more of the following factors:

● The product or any part thereof has been modified in any way.

● The product has been subject to unfair wear and tear.

● The product has been subject to aggressive, toxic or other environmental influences, including air quality.

● The product has not been maintained as recommended.

4. Inspection

The Company reserves the right to inspect the window/door which is defective. If an inspection reveals evidence of neglect or any other factors which would invalidate the warranty, the Company reserves the right to invoice the Purchaser for the inspection visit from £75+Vat and any work carried out in connection herewith (price TBC)

5. English Law

The terms and legality under this guarantee shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with English Law. Payments can be made by direct bank transfer or credit/debit cards( No Amex and Diners)!
