Guarantee Terms & Conditions

The guarantee covers the product as follows: ten years for frames, five years for sealed glass units against condensation inside the unit, and one year for hardware.

We also provide a one year guarantee covering all sealant and cement work carried out around your windows. This runs from the date of installation and guarantees that the materials and workmanship involved will be free from defects. If you encounter any issue relating to the sealant or cement within this period, contact us and we will provide a prompt repair at no additional cost.

In the event of the failure of the product, or any part or component of the Company's manufacture, the Company shall repair the faulty part within two weeks, or replace it within four weeks, where in the opinion of the Company it is faulty due to defective design, material or workmanship on the part of the Company. This guarantee is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective parts or components.

If it is not possible for the Company to repair or replace the faulty part, the Company shall replace the window containing the faulty part with a new window matching the existing windows of the property.

This guarantee will be invalidated if, in the opinion of the Company, the failure of the product is attributable to any one or more of the following:

• The product, or any part of it, has been modified in any way
• The product has been subject to unfair wear and tear
• The product has been subject to aggressive, toxic or other environmental influences, including air quality
• The product has not been maintained as recommended

The terms and legality of this guarantee are governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
