What's covered

Cover you can rely on

10 years on frames

Our uPVC and aluminium frames are guaranteed against warping, discolouration and manufacturing defects for 10 years.

10 years on workmanship

Every installation is carried out by our own fitting teams and backed by a 10-year workmanship guarantee.

5 years on sealed units

Double and triple-glazed sealed units are covered for 5 years against seal failure and misting.

FENSA registered

Every window and door installation is registered with FENSA and complies with building regulations.

Included in your guarantee

Manufacturing defects in uPVC or aluminium frames
Failure of multi-point locking mechanisms and standard hardware
Sealed unit failure (misting, seal breakdown) within 5 years
Workmanship on the installation itself for 10 years
FENSA certification and building regulations compliance

Not covered

· Accidental damage, break-ins or storm damage (please refer to your home insurance)
· Wear and tear consistent with normal use
· Adjustments required due to building movement or settlement
· Damage caused by third-party alterations after installation
